Which route is right for you?

Reseller Route

The Reseller Route is intended for businesses that would like to resell NinjaOne to their end customers (typically internal IT departments). Under this arrangement, the reseller’s end-customer uses the NinjaOne platform to simplify their IT operations while the reseller manages billing and contractual terms.

Referral Route

The Referral Route is for companies who wish to submit referrals to NinjaOne but will will not be transacting with NinjaOne directly. This is intended for partners who would like to introduce NinjaOne to a customer but prefers not to be part of the billing or transaction process. This route is geared towards technology partners, consultants and and other companies who are not covered by any other route.

MSP Route

The MSP Route is intended for businesses that primarily serve to directly manage end-customer environments. MSPs incorporate NinjaOne into their service offering and unlike resellers, MSPs typically fully manage and own all administrative functions in the platform on behalf of their customers and own the NinjaOne subscription.
