Alex Farling is Chief Customer Experience Officer at Lifecycle Insights. LLC. In addition, he has been the owner of the MSP Delaware Micro for 16 years. Out of frustration for not having quick, easy reporting around asset warranty and EOL information, he became one of the founding members of Lifecycle Insights. Their platform ties together QBR needs around asset and user reporting, budget forecasting, QBR scheduling, and risk assessments.
